2011 Alliance Annual Meeting - Thinking Differently
On November 2 and 3, the fifth Alliance Annual Meeting brought sixty of the homebuilding industry’s thought leaders to Pittsburgh for networking and idea exchange on the topics members told us were most critical to them—topics like preparing for future changes to building codes to marketing energy efficient homes.

The Alliance Inaugurates “Ask the Experts” Feature
One of the greatest values the Alliance provides is the ability to ask a question about high performance homebuilding and trust the answer that you’re getting – whether it’s related to business and quality management, construction best practices, energy standards, specific technologies and systems, etc. To facilitate this process among Alliance members, IBACOS created an “Ask the Experts” email box.

This document is a draft set of requirements for a larger Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety Management (QEHS) System Manual that expands on the NAHB Research Center's National Housing Quality: Quality Management System Requirements for Builders 6/10/08©. The intent of these requirements is to define the major elements of a practical, effective, and integrated QEHS system to help builders achieve superior operational results while efficiently and effectively building high performance homes. Southwest Builder Receives Project of the Year, Single-Family Production Builder at 2011 National Green Building Conference
Imagine Homes picked up one of 13 awards presented to members of the homebuilding industry at the National Association of Home Builders annual conference April 30-May 2. Leadership within Imagine Homes has been working with IBACOS® since 1997 and the company has received three NAHB® Green Building Awards since 2008.
Alliance Lab Home Featured in EcoHome Online
