The Alliance is working together to research, demonstrate and share best practices that will allow high quality, energy efficient homes to become part of mainstream America. Our activities are guided by IBACOS and aligned with the Department of Energy's Building America program.
Some Alliance members are involved directly in research projects—contributing their time and resources, getting support from IBACOS and other experts, experimenting with business and technical approaches, and sharing what they learn. Others are actively engaged in the discussion—sharing their personal experiences, participating in working sessions, attending educational events, and applying research findings from the Alliance in their own businesses.
