Managing Quality and Cost in High Performance Homebuilding
TBD
Builders know good trade partnerships are important to constructing good homes. But as you're striving to meet much more stringent code requirements and voluntary performance standards (Energy Star, LEED, NAHB Green, etc.), "good" is no longer good enough. Cost-effective, high performance homebuilding demands a whole new level of commitment, communication and give-and-take.
