For Part 1, Beth Callender, one of the principals of marketing firm Greenhaus, shares tips on marketing energy efficient homes through examples from her client, Pardee Homes, while IBACOS’ Marketing and Alliance Manager Betsy Scott offers a list of energy efficient marketing best practices. Attendee questions focused on ways to make high performance home features relevant to different market segments.
For Part 2, Betsy Scott was speaker/facilitator. Starting with real-world examples of the Best Practices introduced in Part 1, builders participated in a series of exercises designed to get them thinking about their high performance value proposition and how they might go about getting better engagement from both homebuyers and their sales team.
