Hedgewood partnered with the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and Southface Institute to create the EarthCraft House program, a voluntary green building program. All EarthCraft homes strive to serve as models of responsible, healthy, comfortable homes that reduce utility bills and protect the environment. Hedgewood has incorporated the EarthCraft principles in the building of an entire community, Vickery Village, one of four EarthCraft community pilot programs.
