Welcome Goodall Homes and Lennar Corporation
We are pleased to welcome Goodall Homes (TN) and Lennar Corporation (18 states) to the Alliance.
Each of our new homebuilder members received an invitation to join either from IBACOS or from another current Alliance member. As an Alliance member, this homebuilder will have the opportunity to explore cutting-edge technologies and new business practices, and to learn from other members while sharing experiences—all while focusing on Home Quality + Performance™.
Locally owned and operated, Goodall Homes has been building homes, townhomes, condominiums, and villas in the Nashville area since 1983 and are the fifth largest builder in their market. Goodall Homes specializes in One Level Living Homes, which are built to accommodate young families, active adults, and those living with temporary or long-term disabilities. In 2012, Goodall Homes won the 2011-12 National Housing Quality (NHQ) Bronze Award from Professional Builder and the NAHB Research Center for its customer satisfaction.
Founded in 1954 as F&R Builders, the Miami-based Lennar Corporation builds quality homes in 18 states, and is the first national homebuilder to offer the NextGen solution, an integrated or private suite for long-term guests or live-in family members. The company incorporates high performance and energy efficient features as standard in their Everything’s Included Home, including low-E windows, ENERGY STAR appliances, programmable thermostats and high quality insulation. Lennar homes are ENERGY STAR certified, and they offer solar roof panels and home automation systems as an option in some locations. In 2007 the Lennar Corporation's Sacramento Division received the Solar Electric Power Association's Award for Solar Business Achievement.
