Insights from Marketing HERS vs. ENERGY STAR Research #3
What’s your performance value proposition sound like? Is it all well-intentioned words and vague phrases like “commitment to sustainability,” or are there some hard facts and numbers for the homebuyer to grab on to? Your company’s deep commitment might sound good, but homebuyers will want to see what’s in it for them, and how those values impact their everyday lives for the better.
Insights from Marketing HERS vs. ENERGY STAR Research
Some builders put their value proposition up front, and do a great job of articulating it, often using established programs like ENERGY STAR or HERS. Others hide their value proposition on sub-pages, or miss opportunities to cross-promote their participation in multiple standards and programs by failing to clearly show how they relate to their value proposition. Curious as to how your website rates? Go through our checklist below to find out if you’re making the case for your company’s value proposition.
