The primary presenter for this session will be Denis Leonard of Business Excellence Consulting, the co-leader of IBACOS’ Building America research into Business & Quality Management. Denis is a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality and has served on the Baldrige National Quality Award Board of Examiners and as a lead judge for the National Housing Quality Awards.
